1. Make an Appointment
At your earliest convenience we'll work with you to schedule an in-person care assessment. This assessment is crucial for creating a personalized care plan to enhance your quality of life as you age-in place.
2. Build Your Care Plan
Our experienced Service Coordinators will collaborate with you to develop a custom care plan. We’ll review any needs to ensure your well-being, along with future accommodations for changes in health and mobility.
3. Continuous Support
We offer ongoing support and offer regular updates to adjust your care plans as needed. Our Lead Caregiver will be consistently available in your community to provide high quality care.

At Harmony at Home Senior Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors and veterans. Our team of experienced caregivers is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. We are a VA certified provider and member of the Veteran Affairs Community Care Network (CCN).

Our founder has over 30 years of experience as an EMT-paramedic, bringing a deep understanding of medical needs and a strong commitment to community care. This expertise ensures that our clients receive the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I able to make substitutions to my care plan?
Your chosen care plan can be updated to include add-ons at anytime but we do not offer substitutions to the base care plan services.
Is there a fixed-term contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Our contracts operate on a 30-day renewal basis with no minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel, we require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle to process your request.
I don't know if my community offers these services. How do I get started?
Once we start the process of expanding our Concierge program to your community, we expect to be fully operational within the next 90 days. However, if you require care before then, you have the option to work with us via private pay for assistance. Once our services become available, we can seamlessly transition you into our Concierge program.
Are your caregivers experienced and qualified?
Yes, our caregivers have over 30 years of combined experience in providing high-quality care. They are carefully selected, trained, and dedicated to delivering compassionate and respectful care. Each of our caregivers have completed a background and reference check. Our caregivers are all directly employed by Harmony at Home Senior Care and are offered continuing education to ensure the highest standards of care.
Will I have a consistent caregiver?
A lead caregiver will be available in your community during commonly requested hours to provide support, oversee care, and address any concerns. Their schedule is designed to be accessible while maintaining flexibility to meet the needs of your community.
What areas do you service?
We service communities in the following counties in the state of Texas: Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Grayson, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

- Veterans Affairs (Community Care (VCC) and Aid and Attendance programs)
